Freecycle is “…a place to give or receive what you have and don’t need or what you need and don’t have.”-try saying that 10 times.
Its free to sign up, and by giving or receiving items on this website you are reducing the amount of waste going into landfill sites. Most of the time items are in perfectly good working order. It's really useful for getting furniture such as sofas, tv's, beds, fridges and freezers etc. If something you need isn't there you can even create a wanted post for it.
